Had that happen on United. They emailed me day of saying my flight had been
Moved up two hours. Like seriously? You couldn’t text or call me? I rarely check my personal email. My wife and I had everything planned out for a trip without the kids to Mexico. We obviously missed the flight but found a way there but made us miss one full day of vacation.
