I finally got some sleep on a plane but it took a 3 am wakeup and sleeping pills and melatonin for a 6 hour flight for me to be able to actually nod off on a plane.

On Flatbed seats I sleep ok. Flying private is even better.

I can cat nap on any flight. Overnight flights I'll sleep fitfully unless I'm in a seat that reclines. I slept 6 hours

Never been able to sleep in a plane or car. Heck, I can't even take naps at home in a bed!
