It will be a very interesting year for the transfer portal. With BYU becoming
unquestioningly a P5 team the dynamics have changed.
Plus we are now playing in a pretty big chunk of the country. It may hurt with Cali kids, but if they are from anywhere in the midwest or south, it will now be much easier for parents to make it to some BYU games.
I'm in favor of just a few games against Utah or USU to balance out the schedule geographically. BSU, SDSU, Fresno etc. Perhaps an occasional game against Hawaii.
