to make (paint, carpet, LVP flooring, and some baseboard modifications), and I really don't have the time right now to do any of it myself. I'd like to hire someone to be my GC and coordinate all the various things for me. I live in Park City (Kimball Junction, technically) so it would need to be a person will to work up there.
