That’s what it is. And it’s good at that.
The problems come when the company wants super custom solutions that go beyond the scope of what Salesforce really is. Then they hire some consultants (that are very expensive) that go on to write undocumented, spaghetti code.

Pricing is anywhere from 25-300/mo depending on edition, plus any paid plugins. "yes or no" is entirely dependent
