A lot of colleges could use their endowment to make tuition much
Less expensive.

One MAJOR issue this has turned into a crisis is because the government lends with 0% regulation on what schools can charge. The whole thing is pathetically mismanaged and broken.

More colleges are following Princeton and Amherst's lead by removing student loans from financial aid packages altogether, offering grants instead.
