Not overly concerned about the kids. I have four kids, the oldest already graduated and the youngest in fourth grade. The few times I’ve had to deal with teachers and administrators, I have always received the explanation that it is policy. Usually if I push on the policy, it doesn’t exist.

I’ve only ever had one educator tell me they were more concerned about my kid instead of telling me they were concerned with the policy. I get it, there is a lot of red tape, they don’t want to get in trouble. But it would sure be nice if educators could care about the kids.
