Bronco made mistakes, learned and didn't
I think we give credit to Bronco for leveraging Crowton's recruiting to have a couple of great seasons despite the cultural and honor code mess the program was in. On the the whole he did more good than harm at BYU, but I'm glad he left because he'd reached his ceiling at BYU and the program needed a different approach.
He's no LaVell, but he did some good things as well as some really stupid things.
