BYU fan confirmation bias. Oregon is #3 in FB and UCLA is #2 in bball.
The rest of the conference is struggling or dealing with parity. Just like we saw in the NCAAs.
So it’s now top heavy.
But to start the season, BYU fans mocked P12 for having good teams but no one playoff worthy.
That the lack of a top 5 program was all that mattered.
I do think the P12 is struggling but it’s temporary, and the other conferees - outside the SEC — have their own issues as well.

Unfortunately no. People still love sports more than they should and once the ebb becomes a flow they'll be fine.
