This! Many coaches have tried to "take their talents" to other other places...

...and have failed. See Rich Rodriguez (West Virginia), Dan Hawkins (Boise) every Texas coach since Mack Brown, and every USC coach since Pete Carroll. Kalani has a good thing going for him at BYU, why mess with it. Kalani experienced this when he moved from Utah where he was part of a winning program but then moved to Oregon State where his seat as the DC was getting pretty hot.
