Whenever inflation scares pop up advice always seems to be centered
around refinancing and not hoarding cash.

What are CBs thoughts on the counsel to get out of debt?

I’m conflicted. I’m one that believes financial disruption is inevitable. It’s just a matter of time be it tomorrow or 10 years from now. Am I the only one that feels personal debt will hold more risk in the future?
