it if I were Billy Napier. Dave Aranda and Matt Campbell, IMO, have better jobs now with less pressure. Get the schools to up your salary and stay put. You will have better access to the playoff and those respective schools will not fire you after a down year or two. The SEC is absolutely crazy. Dan Mullen was in the SEC title game last year and is gone this year. Ed O, won a Natty 2 years ago and is out. I'm not saying that either of their firings were bad, but man, it is nuts. Most of those schools have unrealistic expectations. There has to be some rich alumni that can help up the salaries of those couches to make them comparable, right?

On a side note, I wonder if Grimes gets a look as the Baylor HC if Aranda leaves?
