This has been mentioned and discussed here multiple times. While it is possible for her to transfer to another school
and graduate program, Baylor's wife (who was on the BYU track and field team) graduated from BYU last year and is in PA school at Rocky Mountain University in Provo. I guess it is also possible for them to live apart too, but unlikely.
I will be surprised if he left to pursue a starting job.
