I mean I responded to a house fire as a fire fighter for a family trying to warm their house with a propane BBQ. They had in the basement and placed it on full for 4 hrs.

Or a lady that died after she started her car, forgot and died of carbon monoxide poisoning 7 hrs later. It was still running when we responded 12 hrs later.
