The ones that stayed were those who have never had a career vision or goal and are too afraid to test their skills on the open market for anything better. Do what you are told and nod your head to the right people at doTERRA and you can have a pretty comfortable living forever. A couple seem pretty happy to have that life. They fell into jobs that pay well and thats enough for them. Others are miserable and complain about it every time I see them but they won't leave. Things worked out very well for me and I have never looked back.
