Here are a few things to consider.
1. PAC 12 is in shambles so you don’t become good by association.
2. It took Kalani 6 years to get good at BYU any suitors are going to want returns in less than 2 years.
3. It’s rare once you are set up to fail to not burn out.
4. Money isn’t quality of life. And don’t tell me assistants need to get paid cause $250k won’t cut it.
Kalani and crew can win a natty at BYU in 10 years it’s not in reasonable. The coaching staff need to get double what they make right now and get your assistant coaches more by getting them jobs as head coaches. That’s where I am at.

BYU job is about to get a lot easier with more pay, P5 conference and access, and increased revenues.
