Greg Kite's 'stache All-American
Rose Bowl contractually has a matchup between P12 and B10, not an option to go to another conference

Also can't simply select whatever team they want.  Have to select the next highest ranked team from the conference (very minor wiggle room if there isn't another team from the conference ranked in the top 12, at least for the Pac12).
