I attended a Giants game against my Pirates, and Oracle Field was sold out with most people not wearing masks. The PAC12 conference is pretty pathetic with very low fan following. I don't see it getting much better to be honest. I think the term "fair weather fan" must have been coined in California.
At the Coliseum there were several sections that were draped over. USC could only muster about 25K to 30K fans to their last home game. We all know about the Huntsman Center curtains. Oregon-Stanford could only muster about 6,000 fans. And this is a P5 conference?
