I have a house at Bear Lake
We don’t rent it out. Costs about $7000 - $8000 year for taxes, insurance, internet, utilities.
We could easily rent it for $1500 - $2000 a week. It’s not one of the big houses up there, but it sleeps 25+ and has 8 bedrooms.
Prices seem to have skyrocketed there the past couple of years.
