on the top of the wings can charge the bikes during flight, or he can switch to engine charging, or he can put the batteries inside and charge them, and he has LED light indicators both inside and on the wings to let him know if the batteries are in good shape.

This guy is extremely talented and clearly very wealthy. Utah is lucky to have a guy like this pushing the envelope of search and rescue. He can land the plane almost anywhere and take off on bikes to render aid to someone in need.
