Utes should be plenty confident and secure. They’ve also reeled off 5 in a row but also took down the top P12 in dominating fashion with nearly 5 MM viewers.

That type of audience is almost unheard of for two West Coast teams during the regular season.

But of course, to win the championship in a P5, you usually have to beat the best team twice.

For BYU, that would mean having to play Utah on a neutral field right now.

I don’t like hypotheticals. BYU won when it counted.

But bragging about a hypothetical championship inevitably opens up the conversation for a hypothetical match up with today’s teams.
