When we got McDonald’s, we had a choice between the double cheeseburger and spicy chicken because they were each a

Dollar. Try as you might you were never getting anything else. Never really got happy meals except as part of Cub Scout day camps when they were provided to us. Imagine how quickly my elation turned to heartbreak when I discovered that the stake had gotten them cheaper by not getting the toy.
