There was a pretty good thread about it a few days ago. If he's smart, he'll settle (if he can).
I'm no expert, but the one about trading AAA-fees for a construction material delivery is the one that seems like it has the most teeth to me.
I think it'd be tough to prove in court a "Hey, why don't you join AAA and then file a claim a few days later?" was actually Matt's idea and not the customers. Seems like it's more customer fraud to me.
