the mental stress that Gavin's felt is probably a bit beyond even Taysom's ordeals. Taysom at least had some good runs in college before he went down the several times he did.

Gavin's been barely able to get outa the gates.

I would certainly understand why he might just want to get on with life at this point.

But, then again --if he wants back into the game-- I'd certainly be excited for his return. His game against the yewts was a thing of beauty. We probably lose that without him.
