I know, I just don't get as bad of a dry mouth and my dreams aren't as weird.
I'll be honest though, I didn't fully read the post. I guess I'll have to try to reduce how often I use them.

Use melatonin instead. There’s evidence it helps prevent Alzheimer’s, as a side benefit.

I haven't found that it helps me to stay asleep, which is usually my problem

Everytime I took melatonin it gave me super funky dreams
