The ceiling is a second-place finish in the regular season and probably one good NCAA tournament win. I could see them maybe winning the conference tournament and/or getting to the Sweet 16 if they get hot on the right night in the post season.

At this point, I'm most interested in seeing how we start building towards the Big 12. To say we're facing a baptism by fire in 2023-24 would be an understatement. We're clearly not ready to compete at that level yet. But, let's see how things develop over this year and next.
