I like Bronco a ton, but all of the feelings of being sold out came flooding back as I listened to him on the radio talk about making his announcement. I felt so bad for those guys who had made life decisions based on the promises/assumptions that he would be their coach.

I don't really know how you could do it differently, but there is a lot of hurt that probably only heals with time.

That being said, I wish Bronco all the best. I really hope his staff lands on their feet. I feel extra bad for the kids of staff members that lose jobs, that is a tough boat to be in.
