still hurts or sucks for them. Some will get jobs and some won't, but it can still suck. Imagine walking in to your job on a Monday morning and the boss/owner decided that he is leaving and closing up shop. No prior notice or anything. Now you have to move across the country to find a similar job. That would suck.
