The last time I got let go, I went through a series of events that led to me starting my own company. From there, i started a couple more companies. My compensation from those moves haven't rewarded me to the tune of what Bronco's assistants were making, but, we make a living and our needs and most "wants" are provided. But, overall, I control my own destiny vs. having to have a company controlled by others.

If they're as accomplished as it would seem they are, they'll be fine. If not, they can do like the rest of us and do what they can.
