I will never understand why nurses think the best way to try to calm a patient,
especially a young patient, is to speak in a really high and really LOUD voice. "OH MY, YOU LOOK REALLY SCARED RIGHT NOW. ARE YOU SCARED? DON'T WORRY, EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE OKAY!!!!!!!"
