I'm coming up on the golden year. I was doing our financial plan for next year
and it is finally hitting home what is about to happen this next year for me.

$750/month student loan paid off next month
$650/month car payment paid off next month
$3200/month student loan paid off in June

Only debt is the mortgage.

I've been looking forward to 2022 for a long time. It is finally around the corner and I'm getting quite giddy. Over $4000 a month in disposable income, that has not tithing or tax implication on me.

My wife is gonna freak out when I tell her about my plan...I'm gonna put all the excess disposable money into 403b and 529.

This has been a long long long road to pay off the student debt and has felt like a huge weight on my shoulders. Good riddance.
