When I opened my work Outlook this morning, my folder pane and menu font had gone gigantic. Before today, the font size was pretty similar to mailbox font size, which stayed the same. The spacing of icons on my W10 desktop had also gone skiwampas, with giant spacing between icons. I've googled solutions, but nothing I've tried has changed anything.

Any ideas on what is causing the problem and how to fix it?
