Anybody surf near LAX? I have a 9 hr layover, looking to catch a few waves.
Conditions are supposed to be pretty small (~3 ft), so I'll probably just pick up a 3/2 wetsuit a soft top to rip around for a couple hours. Any local beaches that would be fun under these conditions?
