dumped on by being stuck in the lowly independence bowl. And you think unranked little old UAB is a worthy opponent for BYU in that lowly indepence bowl. And you think ESPN "Has our back." And you have enjoyed the hardship and suffering that BYU has gone through while being stuck with independence all these tough years. And you think BYU was fairly treated by being dropped in the rankings below the yewts. And no matter what you will make the most of a bad situation no matter how poorly BYU gets treated year after year by the college football powers and system.


I probably left out a few things. There is a long list of things I'm not happy about.

The BYU football team worked so hard, they deserve better, a lot better. But of course as usual we just got shafted. Again.

I hope no BYU fans go to the lowly independence bowl in Shreveport, LA. I know I won't. But I won't begrudge anyone who does. If I lived close enough to drive I would likely go anyway. But I'm not spending any undue time or money on it. I'll just watch it on TV.

Hopefully the players and coaches put on a happy face and do their best to enjoy the trip and the game and win it.
