A few months ago I had a persistent recruiter that kept hitting me up on LinkedIn. I absolutely love my job, but she was persistent, and a former colleague kept telling me I needed to talk to her, so I decided to have a conversation. After about 10 minutes she literally said, "I can tell your heart isn't in this at all. You must absolutely love your current job because you don't seem too excited about this opportunity." Yep, I couldn't even fake it. I kind of hope that's how Kalani's Oregon interview went.
Stay in Provo and become a legend, Kalani. You have everything you need to build BYU into a consistent top 15 program, with 1/10 of the pressure you'll get at other places.
