Work annoyingly put new software on that required that I use an actual password, rather than pin. Used it multiple times, know it's right. Also emailed it to myself.

Now the phone won't recognize it and is threatening a factory reset.

Stupid samsung.

I don't want to become an apple person, but samsung isn't helping me.
