The last thing you want as an employer is for one of your employees to feel
Underpaid. I’m sure Kalani has an offer or at least an idea how much Oregon would pay him. For BYU that sucks. Tom is going to have to figure out as big of a number as possible and then sell the heck out of stability (which I believe could potentially make up for up to a couple million).
