I wouldn’t say Cincy was lucky, I’d say they got in because they went undefeated and beat another top 5 team. They had a good enough resume.

And yes I agree it’s the team, not the schedule, but it’s impossible to evaluate these teams completely. Truth is we have no idea just how good Cincy is so we have to judge them on their schedule. It’s just not possible for these G5 schools to have schedules that compare to the P5 schools. So I have no problem requiring them to essentially be perfect with them.
