OK guys I asked my source inside the football program. Kalani wants to stay at BYU but there is mounting frustration from him and his staff about a lack of resources/support being given that Kalani is requesting. He's not as much concerned about his salary as he is about getting all the resources they need in order to compete. BYU shooting themselves in the foot because they are not willing to spend money where they don't think they have to. I believe he wants to take BYU to the next level but BYU holding back like always. This is why he's interviewing at Oregon, either for leverage or go where they will give the coach what he asks for to succeed.
