I'm sure if Ben Simmons chucked it up as much as Russ he may be in that ball park. But off of the top of my head I can't think of a worse shooting backcourt player.

Even then there's plenty that are worse - just not as big of names; nobody remembers Bimbo Coles as a terrible shooter
