This is my #1 beef with real estate. A listing price is what you would sell it for. I know many of you will disagree,
but if somebody offers the asking price, and you don't take it (if no other offers), you are a liar.
No, I haven't been burned by this as a buyer, and I'm not currently buying. There was no personal incident that drove my opinion.
