Principal vs Fidelity for 401k plans.

my company is getting a new 401k plan, how does it compare to Fidelity?

We are a small start-up and finally getting the 401k, but I have had 401ks with my previous jobs and they were all with Fidelity.
I have really liked Fidelity and have my IRAs there too.

Also, should I keep my other stuff with Fidelity or should I move it to Principal and have it all in one 401k?

it will be just fine, similar funds likely and will likely be easy to use
