Dixie State has a great facility but they have state money, but BYU has better space and spectator seating.
The fiasco with money stems from the fact that because it isn't just an athletic building, athletics couldn't really touch it. It is used more by the student body and faculty. Due to that, the school pays for the upkeep and the teams 'rent' the time. Due to that, cost of the programs is significantly less than Golf, Gymnastics, etc, and vastly more successful.
