I actually have some in my long term food storage. I’ve snuck it into my kids

Food on occasion just to see what they would say. Mixed it 50/50 with hamburger on tacos, meatloaf, spaghetti sauce. They never notice. But I certainly remember when we didn’t have money to mix it with anything. Forced to be vegetarian without knowledge
