This is the problem with Tuiaki. It's ok if he has the right personnel. But

when he loses a key piece that led to some success to the NFL draft or if he has injuries, he hasn't shown he can adapt and use a different scheme that works better with the talent he has available to put on the field. Basically to me it looks like he knows how to run one defense. If he has the right pieces in that defense, it works OK. If the pieces aren't there, it's agonizing to watch.
