This can vary widely by location, as well. In Saratoga Springs, rarely, if ever, do we go there. Today I had a coupon for free Crazy Combo with a pizza, so figured what the heck. Went to the new Lehi location. Waited 20 minutes (while they gave out prepared cheese pizzas to others...they just forgot about me that I was waiting for them) and then the pizza quality was a 3/10. I've actually had good pizza from them, it's possible, just not consistent. When it's good, it's really not bad. But this is why we generally avoid them and do Domino's.
