Not a brag at all. It's more of a hassle right now for what may or may not be a
real gain in the future. I have already been warned that our partnership may be taxed even more heavily in coming years. I am just lucky to have two brothers-in-law who are accountants and try to sort through this mess for all of us. The 'gains" from this sale may be enough to pay the taxes on future pending transactions if we are lucky.

They are thinking we should have just held on to the property now. Sure, there should still be some gains when it is all said and done, but not much in the end.
