This week I learned of 3 employees at my organization that work second jobs to

pay all the bills. They all make >$70k.

In one case, the employee works ~40 hrs at his primary job, then adds another 20 hrs/wk by doing two 6-hour shifts on weeknight evenings and an 8-hour on Saturdays. He also has a third job that he works on Sundays.

A lot of folks are stretched thin right now.
