The old Olympic Stadium is wide open.  However, there are simple barriers at the bottom of each stairwell.  You can jump them.  If there is any Security, they're typically Spanish and not eager at all to cramp others' style.  We ran a lap where Carl Lewis and Leroy Burrell and BYU's very own Silver Medalist Frankie Fredericks ran.  Glorious!
