“Boss” mindset.

Yes it’s nice in theory for all involved. But there is a reason why I am the boss and get paid more. Its not just to look cool while I reign over and expect my subordinates to fix all the problems themselves.

Sometimes only the boss has the power/experience/capability to solve certain problems. That’s why he’s the “boss”.
